When Should I Attend This Retreat?
We recommend attending the Birth Retreat at the beginning of your third trimester. This timing allows you to prepare your body and mind for birth with plenty of time to practice the techniques and insights shared during the retreat. It’s the perfect opportunity to build confidence and feel ready for the journey ahead.
