Our
Story
The system wasn’t built for mothers.

Motherhood is still treated like a personal choice, not a structural reality.
Women are expected to navigate one of life’s most demanding transitions alone, under-supported, and urged to “bounce back” in silence.

At home, the load is invisible.
At work, it’s a liability.

And maternity care? Still designed for babies, not for the women becoming mothers.
But the world is changing.
More women are rising to leadership, driving companies, and powering economies. Yet the systems around them haven’t caught up… yet.

That’s why we built FOUR MAMAS.

Founded in January 2024 by Morgane Besins and Olivia de Maigret, FOUR MAMAS combines clinical expertise and corporate strategy to rebuild how the world supports modern motherhood.

OUR MISSION

To make motherhood a strength, not a liability, by transforming how women are supported before, during, and after birth.

We deliver expert-led, personalised care to mothers, and help companies retain talent, rethink policy, and make motherhood part of their leadership strategy.

OUR VISION

To set a new global standard for maternity care, one where motherhood is recognised as a strategic asset across every workplace and culture.
We’re not here to tweak the system.
We’re here to build the one mothers actually need.
THE FOUNDERS
Morgane Besins, a former executive at Netflix and Universal, built and led global content strategies, turning bold ideas into large-scale, high-impact projects. She understands how complex systems operate, and why they consistently fail women. Her experience gives FOUR MAMAS the vision, structure, and executional force to build something that doesn’t just support mothers, it rewrites how companies work around them.

Backed by a global network of top maternal health experts, Olivia de Maigret, a leading osteopath in women’s health, brings deep clinical insight to the realities mothers face every day. She’s spent over a decade treating women through pregnancy, birth, and recovery, giving her a frontline view of what the system fails to provide. Her work is grounded in clinical reality, not theory, and that’s exactly what sets FOUR MAMAS apart.

Together, they combine medical authority with corporate firepower, creating a new standard of maternity support that’s both deeply human and built to scale.
