What is FOUR MAMAS?

FOUR MAMAS helps companies keep women through motherhood. We combine clinical expertise and corporate strategy to support employees through pregnancy, maternity leave and the return to work, and to help employers build the systems around them.

We work with employers: HR, People and leadership teams who want to retain women through maternity. Our support reaches employees through their company.

The Motherboard Programme

What is the Motherboard Programme?

An 8–12 month, expert-led maternity retention programme. It supports each employee from pregnancy, through leave, to her return to work, so she comes back confident and stays.

​

What does it include?

Three pillars: healthcare (midwives, obstetricians, mental health and postnatal specialists), coaching (confidence, career clarity and identity work with specialist coaches) and logistics (childcare planning and family organisation). It also includes training for line managers, an on-demand support line and access to 80+ vetted specialists.

​

When should an employee join?

Ideally during pregnancy. The programme is designed to cover the whole journey: preparing for leave, the leave itself and the return to work.

Do we need to install a platform or change our HR processes?

No. Motherboard is plug-and-play. We brief your HR team and managers, and each employee gets her own personal plan.

​

Is it confidential?

Yes. Health and personal matters stay between the employee and our team. HR receives anonymised updates.

​

How is it priced?

Per employee, per year. The price depends on your team size, sector and programme scope, and every engagement is tailored. You can start with a pilot group.
