Led by a family nutritionist, this session focuses on how to build healthy eating habits from the early stages of weaning through toddlerhood and beyond.

WHEN SHOULD I ATTEND THE RETREAT?
Anytime in your motherhood journey! While much of the child-focused content centres on the first year, we also cover topics relevant up to age 3. It’s always the right moment to ask the questions that matter to you.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE RETREAT?
Each retreat is a full-day experience in central London. You’ll meet five leading experts—including nutritionists, sleep consultants, and psychologists—offering personalised guidance tailored to your stage of motherhood.

Our retreats are women-only to create a safe and supportive space. However, we’ll share tips and advice during the day to help your partner navigate the journey by your side. If needed, we’re happy to arrange a one-on-one informative call with our team for your partner.
